ADR2019 delegates can benefit from preferential flexible rates when staying at the Intercontinental San Jose Hotel, Costa Rica where the forum will be taking place ($185 per night inc. breakfast). Those wishing to stay between 5th - 8th February should BOOK ONLINE however, if you wish to stay for longer, please email the hotel directly on reservacion3.sjo@r-hr.com being sure to copy GRV's Ian on all such communications please iwhitty@grvglobal.com. Preferential room rates expire by 18th January at the very latest so please don't delay.
 
When booking, please ensure you're paying the preferential rate of $185 per night plus taxes. Once payment is made, GRV Global will not be able to assist with amendments. 
 
Visas:
All ADR2019 delegates are responsible for making their own visa arrangements. The vast majority of visitors to Costa Rica will be required to obtain a visit visa and in some case, a U.S. ESTA if transiting on-route. Many nationalities may obtain their visa upon arrival but others must gain their visa before departing their country of origin. Please consult the Embassy of Costa Rica in the United States' website before travelling. If you are in any doubt, please contact your local Costa Rican Embassy/Consulate General.
